INCIDENT LOCATION:1400 Block Bodie
SUSPECT: Eight total suspects (4 Black males and 4 Black females, all late teens) The victim could only provide a description of one of the eight:
Primary Suspect: Black male, dark blue jean shorts, white K-swiss shoes, gray hooded sweatshirt with hood pulled up around his face
VICTIM: 18 year old female
Delivery driver for Sub Shop
DETAILS OF INCIDENT:
The victim was to deliver food to an address in the 1400 block of Bodie Dr, while enroute the address was changed to another in the same block. The victim arrived and made contact with the four female suspects in front of the address. While giving them the food, the Primary Suspect approached and demanded money. When the victim said she didn’t have any money, she was struck in the face by the Primary suspect. The victim fell to the ground and was kicked several times in the head by at least two of the male suspects.
All eight suspects then fled on foot with the food. Both addresses involved turned out to be vacant. The victim had head and facial injuries consistent with her account of the incident. The victim refused medical treatment.
