DATE & TIME OCCURRED: June 30, 2008 11:45 hrs
INCIDENT LOCATIONS: Area of Pannell and Wilkes

VICTIM: 30 year old male

DETAILS OF INCIDENT: The victim was walking and was approached by two subjects who initially acted friendly and asked for cigarettes. When the victim began retrieving cigarettes from his pocket, the two suspects told him to also give them his wallet. The victim thought they were joking, laughed, and was punched in the face by the larger of the two suspects. Both suspects then knocked the victim to the ground and began beating and kicking him. One of them took his wallet during the assault.

The suspects took cash from the victim’s wallet and fled on foot.

Suspect #1: 6’ 2” 210 lb. white male, short dark hair, clean shaven, white t-shirt and black pants.

Suspect #2: 6’ 0” 160 lb. white male, short blond hair, clean shaven, black and white flannel shirt and khaki pants.

Both suspects are believed to be in their 20’s or 30’s.
