DETAILS OF INCIDENT: On May 7, 2008 at approximately 2:05 AM three male subjects preparing to deliver newspapers when two black males carrying firearms walked into the building through an open garage door. The suspects made the subjects lie on the ground and demanded cash from the victims. During the robbery one of the suspects assaulted the 43 year old victim by kicking him in the face.

The suspects left the building and were last seen running south along East Brown Station Road. They escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The assault victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment. Examination revealed facial fractures were suffered by the victim. He was last known to be in stable condition.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:

Both suspects were believed to be in their early twenties.

Suspect 1 is described as a black male with a dark complexion, approximately 6 feet tall, 220 lbs., and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. He also had a dark colored bandana across his face.

Suspect 2 is described as a black male with a light complexion, approximately 5’ 9” tall, with athletic build, and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. He also wore a pink bandana across his face.
