TYPE OF INCIDENT: Bank Robbery
DATE & TIME OCCURRED: Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 3:25 PM
INCIDENT LOCATION: 2711 West Broadway, Boone County National Bank
SUSPECT: White male, 5’05” to 5’06”, thin build, late 40’s early 50’s year of age, dark tan complexion, wearing blue jeans, black long-sleeve sweatshirt with hood, wearing large-framed sun glasses, armed with a medium framed semi-automatic handgun, silver in color
DETAILS OF INCIDENT:
Columbia Police Officers responded to a bank hold-up alarm on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 3:25 PM at the Boone County National Bank located at 2711 West Broadway.
Responding officers were advised that the facility had been robbed by a suspect as described above. No one was injured in the robbery and there were no customers in the facility at the time of the robbery.
The suspect displayed the handgun demanding money and fled in a western direction from the bank.
A possible suspect vehicle is described as a small red Chevrolet S-10 or Ford Ranger style pick-up.
Anyone having information on the robbery is asked to contact the Columbia Police Department or CRIMESTOPPERS.
