How Does Crime Stoppers Work?
When an individual calls our direct line – 875-TIPS (8477) – they are given the opportunity to share their information. Upon completition of their call, they are assigned a special code number. This code number is how the caller should identify themselves in all future dealings with Crime Stoppers. Calls are NEVER traced, or recorded. Callers will NOT be required to testify. All callers will remain 100% anonymous. Crime Stoppers will never know a callers identity.

Who qualifies for a Crime Stoppers Reward?
If a Crime Stopper tip leads to an arrest involving a felony crime, then the provider of that tip may receive a cash reward. Reward amounts range from $150 to $1500, depending upon the nature of the crime and the significance of the information provided by the caller. Rewards are distributed via code number at a pre-arranged location. The police will NOT be involved. Your identity will NEVER be known or revealed.
